This Fall The Walking Dead comes to the toy store with McFarlane Toys action figures of Rick Grimes, Daryl Dixon, Zombie Biter and Zombie Walker. Available for purchase November 2011.

Is there any word on what the availability of this wave is going to be? I hope that they end up like the last wave instead of like some of the previous ones where they sell out and then start going for ridiculous prices. I've already preordered the 2 pack because I'm expecting the worst with it.

It's the Rick Grimes exclusive (in case you hadn't noticed ), and it's not just the one, there's a lot of it. It wasn't supposed to be released only on October?

It's a Walgreens exclusive. They must have released it early

Series 4 is starting to hit Walgreens!

After two weeks of obsessively searching every Walgreens within a 10 mile radius, I hit the jackpot today finding all of series 4! Here's how it went down: I started seeing reports that cases of series 4 are popping up at Walgreens, and decided to call up a few of them. First was a dud, no surprise. The second one, however, made me jump up and down. 12 units in stock! The employee even offered to hold the entire case for me (best employee ever). I strolled (actually, fast-walked) into Walgreens to receive a cool display case filled with all of Series 4! He even let me keep the case. Thought I'd share my little story.

On to the details!

Case breakdown (12 total):

Carl x3
The Governor x3
Andrea x2
Exclusive Rick x2
Riot Gear Zombie x1
Gas Mask Zombie x1

These figures are awesome! Especially the Riot Gear zombies, they are my favorite of the bunch. The human figures are great, but the paint apps are very unpredictable (one of the Governors I saw was missing a lot of hair, the eyes on my Andrea are a little off, ect.). They also come with a lot of cool accessories, but unfortunately their hands aren't well designed to hold them well (especially the guns). Overall I am really happy with them, and they look great on my shelf with the other figures.

I can't wait they hit Brazilian overpriced online market
I envy you all so much, you can just walk in some store and look for some really cool action figures, while I have to do some serious treasure hunting on every e-commerce and some times wait 2 or 3 months while the action figure bravely makes its way through the ocean till my shelf. :~
