Spawnshop, sorry to keep bothering you, but my Season 4 bluray box set zombie arm only goes about half way up. Is that the norm? If not is it something I can fix myself??! Thanks!

From what I understand, it was an acceptable issue from the factory. I believe you can contact our customer service (or Anchor Bay) if it really bothers you to see if they will do anything about fixing it or replacing it. I think they will only replace it if the Bluray box doesn't fit in the holder. The problem stems from the fact that the company who printed the Bluray box (not us) didn't print it the correct size, so it may cause issues in some sets.
If you want to fix it yourself, you may be able to shim the inside of the set with something to help it raise higher..... I haven't opened mine yet to check it out closely. I'll open it this weekend and let you know.

Wow thanks!! Now that you mention it, putting the bluray box into the base does feel like a one way trip. I got it back out once, then I set up a UV account.
