Well, I likes it! Granted, it could have been better... I doubt it helps that we've all come to expect a lot (possibly too much) from ES now. I'm glad to finally have this on steel anyway. :oohyeah:

P.S. Thanks for the photos!

Do you even get the ultraviolet copy that you get with the amaray version???

I'd be annoyed if I spent extra to get the steelbook only to find I've got to buy the standard version as well

Not that exciting looking
Matte finish bit of a letdown compared to the glossy Entertainment Store releases of Forbidden Planet and Natural Born Killers and also World War Z
I expect True Romance and Corpse Bride will end up on there Ebay Store and get that way I can delivery to Rep of Ireland
Will wait for a price drop
Entertainment Store They Start by giving us good looking glossy steelbooks then give us less inspiring matte finish releases
Zavvi done the same when they started doing steelbooks High quality then give us cheaper finish

These will end up been sold off cheap in my opinion

Compared to the outstanding NBK & Forbidden Planet this is a weak release for such a great film.

Not sorry I passed on this one

Was hoping it would be in the same class as Argo and The Town and even Forbidden Planet.

Shame :(

I agree, after great releases from ES like WWZ, Forbidden Planet, NBK, this is a weak steelbook release.
But such a big fan of the movie i will wait when the price drops to get it.

I hope the next ES releases will be have the same quality of WWZ and FP

Garbage quality considering the caliber of film. I await a Blu ray company to produce a worthy steel for this film.

So glad I cancelled.

Just fyi, I have read the French bluray video quality is vastly better looking than the UK release...so if there is a French steelbook available or coming I'd wait and get that.

Thanks for the early pics, but I'm not going to judge yet based on the poor quality of photos on here. The first set look a bit more promising

Still looking forward to getting this through tomorrow hopefully

"Hard edged mix of hip with and dazzling action"

Wha?

With 'Juliet' Lewis on the NBK j-card it seems a little proofreading is in order.
