I appreciate that you need to be patient with blufans but considering that this was supposed to be recieving this 'early november' I'm annoyed that blufans haven't shipped this out yet. In my opinion, this is alot of money for a steelbook and I atleast expect it to ship when it's intended. We haven't even seen slip artwork yet

I'll answer here so everyone who doesn't know can see. It's my first too You order one by following the group by link in the OP and writing in the thread how many copies you want and to which country. Shortly after this you will get a personal message on this site from someone asking you to pay a certain amount ($55 in this scenario i believe) They will give you all the details on how to pay. I used paypal personally. Then theres nothing more too it. Soon when these are shipped from China, a large bulk of steelbooks will go to one member house (the local hub) the country you requested it be sent to. In my scenario, England. Then you will recieve another PM from the member who has all these steelbooks asking for your address and a small payment of shipping and you glorious steelbook will then be sent to you

I'm pretty sure this has nothing to do with the GB and everything to do with the actual vendor.

[EDIT] To clarify, I'm fine with the delay because I know it'll be a quality product. I just dont want the GB getting hate for something that's out of their control.

General rule of thumb...be patient when it comes to Blufans exclusives

Might seem a lot of money but that doesn't really bear any relevance to whether you should or shouldn't receive it on time. In an ideal world everything would be on time.

If you are worried about getting your item, then don't be. BF releases always turn up so your money is safe. Personally I think they have all been worth the wait too. Makes it seem more special when they do land in your hands.

For those of you who are new to collecting BF releases then just bear in mind they can be delayed sometimes. That is usually due to trying to bring the best version to market rather than anyone in particular being lazy though.

It'll be interesting to see which version comes first : this version or Zavvi's (scheduled for February 17, but we all know the date will move, probably in March, all Disney/Pixar won't be released on the same day).

The fact that the designing process of the 3D/2D slips isn't done yet (not approved by Disney means it's not finished), even though the original release was scheduled in October, it's a little odd — that's not criticizing BluFans in any way, I wouldn't dare, they're the best in the world, I bow to BluFans, and Zavvi sucks balls .

Yeah I mean, argo, aladdin, finding nemo, taxi driver, the goonies, who framed roger rabbit etc have all sucked? Zavvi are not bad they just make certain wrong decisions. Blufan's aren't perfect either. I love the releases but let's be honest, it could be improved. Both have their pro's and con's.

To be fair, this is getting a bit ridiculous, Blufans release 1 Steelbook a month, and they release them 2 months late every time. If Zavvi did this, they would get completely destroyed by you Zavvi-haters, even though if it wasn't for Zavvi, then you wouldn't be getting all the Disney Steel's. But at the end of the day, Blufans Steels are hard to get hold of and you have to put up with the lateness and delays. I have 3 contacts in China who I buy products every week off and couldn't get me any of these Steel's, so thank you for the Ninja's who make this possible x

With few exceptions, Zavvi has cheap, uninspired releases. Blu-fans make the effort to make something special and with a smaller print run. People that love steelbooks are willing to overlook the imperfections of Blu-fans releases to get what they want. So you Asian bashers keep hating and embrace your Zavvi bangers and mash so Zavvi can cut back on it's 9.99 or Free steel.
