I got a call today saying I didn't have to go into the clinic, and that means I'm done for the Holiday!!

So I cracked open a Lagunitas Sucks Holiday Ale. It's 5 o'clock somewhere, haha

I snagged two 2011 bottles a few weeks ago, so since wreck is visiting I opened one up.

We stopped by The Bruery yesterday to have some beers and most of em were damn good.

I had a flight of Hanger 24 beers and the Hammerhead was awesome.

We also had some of their Fruet which was really good, to me it tasted like coffee and caramel after taste damn good.

second game for the evening continuing with 2x Hoegaarden Wit-Blanch

This weekend I had a couple of Zwickel from Urban Chestnut Brewing Co here in St. Louis and a Dancing Man Wheat from New Glarus thanks to Mobius. Zwickel is one of the flagship beers from UCBC and it just hit shelves this week. The Dancing Man Wheat came from my most recent trade with Mobius.

It was really good. It was the first wheat beer that I had that was filtered.

was on holiday last week and tried Coors for the first time (in a pitcher)

very nice!

If you can get one, try a "Rothaus Tannenzäpfle" - best beer on the planet (its made by a small brewery in southern germany)
