Wasn't Halle Berry's role reduced to just one scene though recently?

Rogue has already been cut from the film (apart from a fleeting cameo apparently)

Final trailer: (look at the number of X-Men Inside!!!)

If this doesn't get you pumped for this... I dunno what will... :D

YES!!!!

I ain't gonna lie. As pumped as I am for Godzilla and a bunch of other films this year, X-Men: Days of Future Past is the film that I'm most psyched for! Naysayers can say what they want, but there'd be no Dark Knight Trilogy or Avengers without Bryan Singer's X-Men. That film paved the way for all these superhero films and if this is the final time that I get to see Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellan and Hugh Jackman as the main group of X-Men, then damn; it sure looks like they're going out in style. I CAN'T WAIT!!! :oohyeah:

(I just really wish that Cyclops could've returned somehow. Hopefully he's back in Apocalypse.)

Since X-Men: Apocalypse takes place during the '80s, yeah, this'll probably be the last time we see the two Sirs. I :notworthy: to those two men. They took those two characters and brought them to life in the most-perfect way possible.

Same goes for Hugh. I've been a Wolvie fan since I was a kid -- I have over 400 solo Wolverine comics -- and I couldn't give a **** that Hugh wasn't 5'3" and Canadian. He took that character right out of the comics and breathed life into him. When I saw that first clip from X-Men where Hugh turns around as Logan in that steel cage brawl, my jaw dropped. There was Wolverine, in the flesh. And let's not forget the dedication Hugh has shown! SEVEN! Seven times he's portrayed the character. For years he said that he'd always return to the character because he owes his career to that character. Man, I have nothing but respect for Hugh Jackman. I know a Wolverine 3 might happen, but if it doesn't, I have a funny feeling that this'll also be Hugh's farewell to the franchise... and that saddens me beyond belief.

So to Hugh, Sir Patrick and Sir Ian, I salute you! Thank you for the X-films, and if this is your final hurrah, I can't wait to celebrate it with you! :scat:

did I spy wooden claws, now to determine when those claws are appearing, in per adamantium body in the past or post adamantium body

bone claws, it has been a very long day for me

Wolverine has bone claws because he " lost " them in The Wolverine in his battle with the Silver samurai. At the end he meets Charles and magneto and they ask for wolverine's help.

Wolverine's mind will be send back to the past into his "younger" body according to the first trailer.
So this would be story wise after : X-men First Class?

But how it is possible that we see young Charles Xavier still walking after he is shot in First Class? How it is possible that we see Beast, wasn't the transformation in the First Class final ?

Like I said yesterday was a long day so I must have not been making sense in my post. I know when he lost the adamantium claws in The Wolverine from the SS. In the trailer for DoFP it seems he has the bone claws in a few places, but I am trying to determine where in the timeline he is. At first I thought it could be in the past, long before he is even injected with adamantium (pre X-Men Origins: Wolverine) since you see Xavier walking and pre-blue beast. However in one scene it appears he has the bone claws while attacking a sentinal, but again this could be in the current (immediatly post The Wolverine) timeline. That said some of the posters show wolverine in what appears to be future (2023) clothing with metal claws again. So I don't know

@Ken - I'll have to check that out later

Just realized this was post 3,000

It looks like the X-Men are coming to the Amazing Spider-Man... kinda.

Reports surfaced this week (via Empire Online) that a clip of Fox’s X-Men: Days of Future Past plays after Sony’s Amazing Spider-Man 2, prompting many fans to speculate about whether the two studios have planned a team-up to unite the X-Men and Spider-Man franchises. The short answer is no: The Days of Future Past stinger at the end of Amazing Spider-Man 2 actually came about as a result of negotiations between the two studios for director Marc Webb to return to the Spider-verse.

According to Variety, the deal came about during negotiations between Sony and Fox in 2012, when discussing Webb’s contract with Fox Searchlight to direct another film following (500) Days of Summer. Reportedly, Fox allowed Webb to return for Amazing Spider-Man 2, but only because Sony agreed to promote Days of Future Past for free. There is no crossover in the works between the two studios’ franchises.

The deal would also partially explain Webb’s return to the Amazing Spider-Man franchise for a third film with no mention of his promised film to Fox Searchlight, though the director has stated it will be his last run with the wall-crawler.
