Info regarding missing Audio Track at Flicker Alley site and Disc Replacement Form:

*Confirmed: No need to send back the original disc*

Dear Flicker Alley Customer: Please note that one of the bonus feature audio options on the Blu-ray disc of our limited SteelBook edition -- A Trip to the Moon in B&W Audio Option 1, featuring Robert Israel's orchestral score and the original English narration written by Georges Melies -- is currently missing its narration track and only features Robert Israel's orchestral score. As such, all Blu-ray discs shipped at this time will be with this orchestral score only configuration.

This only affects the Blu-ray disc of this set. The DVD disc in this publication contains the correct audio for this bonus feature.

We are currently in the process of remastering and remanufacturing a Blu-ray disc which will have the correct audio option for this particular bonus feature, and will make it available by request to customers who fill out our on-line Disc Replacement Form below.

Please complete the following form with as much of your original order information as possible (to verify your purchase) and we will contact you once the replacement discs have been manufactured and are ready for shipment.

Actually I have a feeling it could be the steelbook, if you look on the amazon link under product details it lists the studio as Flicker Alley and is region 1 coded

Spawn-may not be the case for international customers who are also frequently ordering other items from Amazon US. So since another option to order exists, we are mentioning it:)

Hey DB,

You should still update the OP with the fact that it is region locked for those that it matters to.
So international customers are aware of that.

so it is a steelbook? still with the amount of 4000 copies? how much that flicker alley & amazon have? 2000 each?

well, fellow member here have been helping me to order this at flicker alley, but this is a nice choice for those who hasn't order :D

I'm in Long Beach, CA and the return address is a P.O. Box in Hollywood, CA which explains why I got my copy so fast. I ordered directly from Flicker alley back before I became a member of this board. Not much more I can give you pictures of except the back which feels like an insert. At first I got a little excited when I thought the steelbook was numbered, but mine has the same number as in the art in the OP, so that must be an ID number for flicker alley.

The packaging was good, but not as good as some places I've ordered from. It was a sturdy box and the movie was babble wrapped. The posted date on the package said March 23rd and it arrived to me on March 24th. Mine came in perfect condition. It had a really short trip though:)
