Hi Mitch, I don't believe they do. Someone on the forum would have to get you one.
If someone were to ship to via the cheapest airmail option with no tracking (well packed in a box), I think it would be around another $10.
So you're probably looking at $38 or so if the member asks for costs only.
Might be cheaper to order the German version of this steelbook.

Dammit, just opened mine and it has a verrrrry small impression on front. I inspected this well at the store too. 
its made just like the RE and Salt steel .. in that gloss like finish.

Dont know, but being from the UK ... you might want the USA one so long as region free since it will have English on it.

Wanna know what sucks tho ..... (for gamers) the regular blu-ray amaray offered a playable demo for Resistance 3 ... I hoped for it to be in the steelbook, but no. I wonder if the demo is already playable or at a later date.

I picked up two copies, one for me and one to trade, and I noticed both had dings on them when I got them home. Didn't notice that in the store. Ugh.
Haven't tried mine on the ps3 till I get home later. Can any one confirmed on the ps3 menu under games?

My scans are dark; FYI ... very nice steel, but i think the gloss printing is cheaper and harder to get a pristine steel imo. On the one I opened it has faint areas where it seems paint is missing kinda. Hard to explain as its not totally evident.
I might get this and showcase the back-side!

Ok, dont know if its been stated, but I tested this @ home. Its region free ... I tested A B and C.
Also, on a ps3 it includes a free Battle LA ps3 theme but nothing for the demo. The menu screen lets you access a clip from the demo and at the end of the 45 second video clip it says the Single disc includes a playable demo for R3. Wonder if we can contact sony and see if the steelbook purchasers could get some codes!

I bought this only because it is a SteelBook
