I had to return my Narnia Steelbook for a replacement and they just emailed yesterday me that they received it and that they repaid my shipping as store credit. Their cs seems pretty nice and responsive I just don't like the store credit thing since I will probably not shop there again because of their packaging.
So many beauty steelbooks damaged in one order, what happened with this package elephant stepped on it? Really sorry and have hope that you will get replacement or refund for this
