I'm not sure if they do. I know that people that are interested in game steelbooks from Spain in the past have spoken with a member here - and he's helped them.

Check the group buy forum - lenocheck has started a group buy - note that the steelbook is a stickerbook - the art is not printed on the case.

And it appears to be G1 sized.
