I don't understand why people are constantly worried by pretty much every premium release that has to travel across the globe.
Surely by now you all know that there isn't consistency with timescales of when parcels will arrive at your door. This pops up in every thread.
I have waited a month before now for a parcel to arrive but I've NEVER had one that hasn't arrived. You all need to chill out lol.

I never check the tracking status of my parcels unless it becomes extreme circs, and even then it isn't extreme circs. I'm far too busy to
be worrying about when a parcel will arrive at my door. yes you have paid for it. Yes you want it. We live in the year 2017... it WILL arrive.

Fully aware of timescales but I've had one not arrive (last month) so if I personally want to worry I will thanks

Mail is def pretty good these days ... When I can ship out 500 Tenebrae's world-wide and not one go missing it speaks volume to the reliability. However it CAN happen every once in a long while. I've had 3 packages I've sent out go missing in about 8 years.

Had 2 packages in my lifetime not turn up so it's rare but It happens. As one of them was recent, from Korea and steel related I get a lil worried now especially after the nova avengers incident and was stuck with no update for quite a high number of us for quite some time

But dazzler moaning about us asking if anyone else has issues or for someone asking help from past experiences is ridiculous and to top it off with do something about it in the real world (which I assume was a joke) did made make me laugh when most if not all will try and do something by contacting a retailer/ customs/ mail centre etc and sometimes there is nothing you can do. Nothing wrong with coming on here to see if others are in the same boat (- but I don't think he realises that)

I like Novamedia's customer support: Less than 24 hours after my inquiry, they sent me an e-mail, apologized for the inconvenience and told me they'd put a replacement slip and steelbook (even though I wrote I'd not really need a replacement just because of a broken plastic holder) into my next order (John Wick empty box).
Very happy with their handling of this situation!
