A poster on another board said they ordered the 2D and 3D digibook and got his orders today. The 2D was just the regular bluray and the 3D was the digibook. Hopefully it is just the wrong item sent and not Target screwing up and not even having a 2D digibook.

if they indeed don't have a 2D digibook, they may end up having to honor the $13 price for the 3D digibook, since the ad clearly shows a digibook with the $13 price.

i'm sure a lot of people will. however, it seems as though someone over on the other site said there is a 2D version as they saw it and the 3D both at a target this past sunday. they said Target wouldn't sell it to them since the release date was today.

I've given up going into my Target before work - they never have anything out, they always have a staff meeting going on in the media section, and it's usually the same stock guy that hassles me about buying so many. lol.

I'll make a special trip tonight and get the 3D edition for the group buy, looks like you can't order that via the website at the moment.

Just be careful Andy, my target only got 7 3D digibooks and they told me they would not replenish once sold out.

They didn't even have them out on the shelves and at first said they didn't even have stock, but since they had the 2D digi I knew they had the 3D just had to have them find it.

Thanks for the heads up - don't like the sound of this.

I guess if anyone is out and about and wants to pick up a spare, feel free and I'll make sure we cover you.

Yeah, there were not many in store. Probably 6 2D copies and 3 3D copies. For some reason the 2D copies were not spider wrapped but the 3D copies were. Target is horrible for doing that.

my copy came directly from the back no spider tag

I asked for them to bring me one (their last one) from the back, and it was the amaray with slip. This Target put all 3 of their 3D's out and spider wrapped them all.

I was able to get one that had just been spider wrapped and not very tightly, so no damage to case

the targets around my area are being pretty strict with the limits of what you can buy since these are so limited. i only got 1 of each but will go to other targets later to see if i can help out with the group buy
