Can we get a sticky for this? :D

What do ya'll prefer to drink? Beer, Wine, Hard Liquor, Wine Coolers? All of them?

I only drink Beer and Hard Liquor. Mint Mojito is about the only thing close to a wine cooler I'll drink though LOL

Ok, you guys need to help out Bighorns. For health reasons he can't drink regular beer anymore. Has too find a nice sissy light beer, so does anybody have a good light beer you would recommend?? :p
Thanks a bunch!

Talk about punishment! damn I feel bad for bighorns now! damn no beer...

You guys ever been so drunk that you being sending txt msgs to your drunk buddies and at the time every makes sense? haha I had that happen to me

I was so drunk in Vegas with some buddies of mine, I went out for a walk and me n a friend started txt each other and I swear everything made sense and the next morning I saw the txt that we had sent back and forth and damn I was having a hard time understanding lol :D

I don't do text messages on my phone but I have done some pretty amazing e-mails to people.

I've also gone to forums (which shall remain nameless:D) and drunkenly posted things

I've amazed myself at how well I can type when completely wasted and don't remember the next day. In fact, there has been some mornings after a night of partying that I've woken up, run to my computer and checked my e-mail for sent items and my phone for outbound calls. I'm not paranoid, just want to make sure I didn't do it AGAIN!

My absolute favorite is when I get drunk while playing on my PS3 Las Vegas Poker Strip... I have my cam and I'll be at a table all night with a bunch of other rowdy drinkers and wake up to find a ton of friend invites to people I don't remember talking to

So on my way home last night, I stopped by Kroger to get the usual. I also needed some beer so while browsing through their selection (actually very good for a grocery store) I picked up Harpoon Oktoberfest(my favorite oktoberfest:)) and Sierra Nevada Anniversary ale.

But on my way out of the beer aisle, the Bud Light caught my eye. I normally don't buy any light american beers unless it's for a party keg or something similar, but this Bud was definitely for me.

Virginia Tech colors!!!!:D:D:D!!!! I had heard about these but was worried that they were only distributing around VT, which is about 3.5 hours from Richmond(where I live now). Kroger had one case, so of course I had to get it. I'm already pumped about the start of college football, but now saturday can't come fast enough:cheers:

dude it stirred up controversy here in Kansas. they said that it would promote underage drinking (like we needed an excuse.. pff) but I guess they're flying off shelves because people want to collect them since they are so "rare" and "limited"

seriously... a beer can?

No collecting here, I'm drinking those! People really get fired up over the stupidest **** sometimes.... and you can never please everyone but we unfortuantely have to listen to everyone complain now or we are branded as not being PC.....I don't really care to save the cans, but it seemed like the perfect thing to have this weekend when I'm watching Tech v. Alabama with my buddies.

If I was underage and had never drank before, this can would not entice me to do so. However, these cans did persuade me to buy Bud Light for the first time ever, but only becuase I was getting beer in the first place!

A new liquor store is opening up next to the blockbuster near my new house (so strange that I had a blockbuster and liquor store next to each other at my old place) and I chatted it up with the guy about the name "Wine & Spirits" because I was curious if he was going to stock beer to which I get the "well duh" but I asked about craft beer and he said he was going to try and get as much selection as possible but said that domestics are big sellers. Hmph. Another bummer is thanks to Kansas being a prohibitionist state he has to order from a wholesaler so it's up to the wholesaler to import anything worth a damn. So stupid.

There is a recent one that opened up nearby me. They have a few craft beers, less than a dozen, but hey at least it's more than none LOL Bevmo is still my place to go though.
