This movie was not suit to make the all glossy finish and embossed with the frame, so we decide to make the steelbook like the following:
Front: "Saving Private Ryan" with the Debossed effect,the solidier and ground with glossy finish,and the sky&cloud with matte finish,

It looks like another potentially awesome release from HDzeta. The artwork is good and with the debossing and spot gloss it should be really nice. It will probably be the best Steelbook available for this film but I don't think I can justify the high cost of acquiring this when I already own the Play.com exclusive which is pretty nice and was very cheap in comparison.

I LOVE this film and will end up getting this no matter what (probably), but I'm really not feeling that design at all. It's just so dull. Yes it was the poster art, but in a film with so many amazing moments, we're not seeing any of them.

HDZeta has not failed in any release so far. Whether that is in hand or in just pics. The quality control is unmatched by most companies and cannot wait for this and every other release they have. I will get them all no matter what the movie or content.

My Play.com edition is debossed and spot glossed so unfortunately this isn't the massive upgrade (especially in the artwork dept) that I was hoping for.

Can I ask why it wasn't suitable to be fully gloss @wxlinkswds? Is it to do with expense?

It's matte but the pic of Hanks is gloss. The army case rivet things are debossed also if I remember correctly.

I love that they're using that beautiful poster. Debossing is always better than embossing with a frame too. Spot gloss is better than matte. Not a fan of the black and white back art though. I feel like there's too much black overall. It'll be much nicer in hand but I'm happy with my holofoil Sapphire Series slip.

I think I might be getting the rivet things mixed up with Cloverfield which was a similar design.
