They don't make that clear - normally you can cancel an order if part of it has already been dispatched.
You might still be able to cancel, obviously you'll have paid £3.99 for the Canvas at that point however.

If you want to know for sure, I'd advise you to contact Zavvi.

Instead of removing the canvas, there should be an option to remove the 3D disc and bring it down to an acceptable amount.

That doesn't appear to be the case here, note Captain America TWS has been dispatched, I applied two special offers and the cancel button is still there:

There's no need for a refund in the case of this either - you'll have paid £3.99 for the Canvas, which you will have received, if you are then able to cancel you'll not need a refund, just not to pay for the rest of it (and they don't charge until dispatch, so you won't have).

As stated, it wont allow you to combine discounts, if you add a code, it will default everything to their 'Normal' price.

So I didnt add the canvas - just the Steelbook - and a 10% codes worked fine. £21.59 done.

A canvas is a cool idea, but I just wasn't a fan of the one included in this offer. It would only gather dust or be thrown straight in the bin.

Therefore by not including the canvas I have given someone else a chance to own it that may actually want it. There are 4k steelbooks but only 2k canvas' in the offer so it's not like the canvas goes begging, we'll unless no-one buys it of course!
