so are you saying that this will be the exact design as the "three combo" package...
there's no difference between the slipcover designs, besides all three having the same numbers...

:scat: EEK!

im excited again :oohyeah:

For some art cards and three slips wrapped around some steelbooks that have already been sold to us individually? :wtf:

I honestly don't get the excitement over these.

Blufans kinda phoned this one in IMHO. Had they come up with a unique desgin of their own for a single steelbook with a quality slip desgn I'd be on it like Kirk on a naked green chick but these just don't do anything for me. Differnt strokes for different blokes I guess.

I actually really dig this. All three would look awesome on my shelf displayed together like that, but I could only afford to get one. Looks like I'll be getting the Spock slipcover so that's pretty cool.

Sadly, after November (because I have group buys to honor), I am going to try to stop collecting so many steelbooks. I think I might keep on collecting Blufans Exclusives, but that might be it unless a must-buy release comes along that I feel I 'need' for whatever reason. I don't want to stop collecting, but it's taking up too much of my somewhat small income. While I would really like all three of these Star Trek steels, I'm kind of relieved I don't have to pay for all three. Paying for the one I joined the GB for will be hard enough, ha!

I feel your pain HeyTJB. If I did not already have these three steelbooks I would be much more excited about these and would somehow scrape up the cash to buy them. It will take more than a few slip covers and some art cards to get me to pony up again for three steelbooks that I already have. If Blufans wanted my money they would have came up with their own exclusive steelbook design for Into Darkness. That would have been something I couldn't pass up.

This would make for a damn sexy steelbook IMHO...

Finally, they were well worth the wait. Luckily I only have the MM lenticular edition so far, so this purchase is perfect for me. All 3 steels in a nice clear slip with matching numbers will look very cool.

Thank you Dolmaorite .

Very nice indeed, these are cream of the crop, and FYI small things like slips with Asian characters, postcards and 'for some of us' low print runs are really what makes & "keeps" this hobby enjoyable, exciting and most importantly it sets it apart & in a different league from any other release out there 'well at least in a true collector's eyes', especially now more than ever with so many steelbook releases coming out from every corner of the world, Blufans (and KimchiDVD/HDZeta for that matter) thank you for keeping me on the edge of my seat for every new announcement you make cause really otherwise I'd have stopped collecting steels ages ago

I guess I'm not a "true collector" then.
Sorry didn't mean it like that bud so please don't take it personal, you did state that you already have all three variants/versions so really buying them all over again wouldn't make much sense in your case... and yes price is a big issue here and unfortunately not everyone's cup of tea (including myself) but as I only own one variant and thanks to HDN, Kevin & its ninjas I now know what's coming out in advance and (as I'm being very selective I) can easily prioritise and balance my spendings way in advance otherwise I'd no way be able to afford them all of course ;)
