I know it's one of their lesser thought of Disney movies but I loved Oliver and Company as a kid and I'd be happy if they threw us for a loop and released it:) Probably not going to happen though. Another favorite as a kid was Bedknobs and Broomsticks. I wouldn't mind seeing that one either now that they have their first Live Action title added.

I've decided to cut back a bit on foreign steelbooks, but these Disney releases are my exception. I'm not even Disney nut, but all their movies lend well to having steelbooks.

I hope so it will be:
#16 - Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs
#17 - Pinocchio
#18 - Sleeping Beauty
#19 - Beauty and the Beast
#20 - Hercules
:D
or
#16, #17, #18, #19 - Pirates of the Caribbean
#20 - Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs

If any of the titles are repeats of the Future Shop steelbook (not the other types) releases, it's going to save me a ton of money since I almost have them all! :D

like the sound of oliver steelbook. id never seen this movie until sky tv interduced the sky movies disney channel and it was on one day and me and my son loved it and have watched it several times if its on when were channel hopping. and bedknobs and broomsticks is my missus favorite(along with aristocats) so id be more than happy with either of these

With all the news about #16+ I am wondering if 101 Dalmatians is going to be gloss...:ohno: please, please, please

Love that but I don't believe it is official Disney artwork....and thus will never happen.
It is, it's a Thomas Kinkade piece licensed by Disney and sold by them. Still, it would never happen. Even though it's a nice piece, it would never look good as a steelbook. Maybe inside art.

(The Disney Steelbook Collection)
Disney Releases 2014
January 2 Releases
February 3 Releases
March 4 Releases
April 2 Releases
May so far noting announced
June 5 Releases
July ?
August ?
Sept ?
Oct ?
Nov ?
Dec ?

Disney Collection for 2013 was 4 Releases
So far Disney Collection for 2014 is 16 Releases
20 Announced releases so far

What can we expect for July to Dec 2014 how many releases

What can we expect for 2015
If they keep this up 2-3 releases a month we should have most if not all of the Disney Classics by 2015 or early 2016

At The moment there is Disney Classics 53 Releases up to Frozen and more new films to come out 2014-2016

How many of you would want all of them released including vaulted titles which would in theory come out of the vault from 2014 to in theory latest 2018

I myself would buy every Disney Classic released as a Steelbook

Are they releasing to many of them to quick as in should be spread out better over the year/years
Very expensive to buy all when so many released every month

I think it should be one or two a month. Not many can afford to spend around £100 on Steelbooks each month.

Because Zavvi has done this by releasing so many I have stopped ordering all of them except Frozen and Mary Poppins. I have carried on getting any missing UK and US slips that I have missing.

Beauty and the Beast is another matter entirely being my favourite Disney Movie. I would order that in a heart beat.

As I had missed a lot of the Classics and the Pixar films it has been a challenge to get them all.

Yeah, Zavvi is definitely a bit out of control with releasing so many Disneys in such a short amount of time.

I'd prefer quality over quantity, which seems to be a hot topic with some Zavvi releases as of late.

Yep. I want my collection to be complete, so since I can't keep up with all of them, I too have cancelled all my orders. I'd rather have none than only some of them.
