Don't really like these "way too premature" announcements in general though. Some of which never even materialize and just get left on the back burner after more and more are announced on top *cough*FAC*cough*

The problem with this release is the scarcity of approved artworks. If I were BF, I will just cancel this and replaced it with the first Avengers film.

They should just forget this one. It's no longer relevant since they replaced Bruce Banner. I don't even consider this one part of the whole story anymore.

The real problem with this one is that all distribution rights to this and all Hulk films still belong to Universal, and they have been having a less than favorable relationship with Marvel as of late. They are probably making it difficult to get approval for this release just to spite Marvel Studios. That seems to be their want as of late. For that same reason it wouldn't be quite as simple as switching out one title for another, since they're not even from the same studio. Even if they were, each title holds an individual distribution agreement. Plus, with the BP issues who knows how eager they are to jump on a Marvel catalogue title right away.
