You have obviously haven't been here long enough, people tend to bulk buy to help others out e.g if they live in another country, or they can't seem to get hold of a copy.

We're not all greedy people here... I'm not a Ninja Member (Yet) but i can tell you that the majority of them are not here for the money! Actually most people aren't.... If im honest this one of the best communities on the net, and i'm a member of various forums.

Just to add a small note of my own - typically group buys for members here are not offered at large premiums over the base cost.

As such, the amount of "profiteering" that might happen in other forums or on e-bay is limited here as trading mods & staff work with the group buy hosts to make sure the costs are reasonable, but not excessive.

If it's not been said, welcome to the forums, and I hope the longer you stick around, the more positives you'll see from contributions of regular members here.

(and as a side note - we did give members a "chance" to buy this edition as a heads up when we heard from play.com that it was going to be soon "sold out" - we often share this inside information as we hear about it).
