There were about 1,000 copies left 3 weeks ago, I'd guess that it's now down to 300/400 at most. If HDN can help shift 4,000 IM's in a week, the remainder of this should be small fry.

This is gonna be one awesome steelbook

I cannot believe that there are still some people on HDN that haven't reserved a copy yet. This is our pride and joy, the first Steelbook produced by consulting collectors, and The Steelbook that cemented ties in producing improved packaging and ongoing discussions on future products. The finishing on this will blow everyone away.

There will be serious regrets for anyone that misses out on this one.

Time to warm up this thread a little. Now that Play's IM has been shot down by HDN, let's nail this baby into its coffin also!

You do talk with passion...Well done :scat: Serious regret not getting this? Time will tell...But to complete a Terminator collection (all Ts), you'll have to get this or the other T1 releases

Has it been confirmed yet what will be embossed/debossed? Only thing I can think of is debossing of the title? Unless there will be a border and embossed title?

Proud to be an owner of the Japanese T2 steelbook, the UK T2 steelbook, the German T3 steelbook and the Play.com exclusive of Terminator Salvation so naturally I can't wait to have this to complete the collection :)

Back in the days of my DVD collecting I had close to 30 versions of T2 on DVD :D

After seeing your comments, it's like thinking that you bought Terminator for the packaging and not for the re-mastering.

It's cool if the steelbook is nice and beautiful, but i ordered this in the hope of a NEW decent master, Am I really the only one who care about this seriously ?

Some how, I am not really digging this artwork. Hubmuswell's post #390 with pics of all Terminator steels reminds me that except for T3, the other Terminator artwork is better than this play.com one. Oh well. It may be that this steel will look better in my hands. I have ordered anyway.

I think alot of people are exited about the new transfer but it's easier to discuss the steelbook as we have some idea about what that's gonna look like.
