Actually it's the same, just as a left turn is a right turn for someone driving on the opposite direction of the street ;)

It's not the same thing. Debossed means that's something is going inward and embossed means outward. In this acase it probably means that it will have a border and embossed title.

To be honest, i've noticed a lot of studios haven't been releasing specs recently. same story with Prometheus

I'm still gutted my preferred artwork wasn't chosen. Surely other people agree Sarah Connor and Kyle should have featured more than just on the back! It's where it all began so to speak. :(

It's exactly the same, to make "embossed" steelbooks, they deboss everything but the border and the title.

Anyway, I'm a bit mad as I had only ordered the german steelbook and only when this had already sold out they announced that the german release won't have inside artwork (and chances are no embossing also)

fyi to everyone: I havent been ignoring the cries to know what the specs are ... It just hasn't been easy getting the info from the studio ... If I get any word I post info in this thread.

Thank you Wreck :scat:

Out of interest, do you think you may get some info in the next few days?

I ask because surely the disc & packaging needs(?) to be printed/produced this week? (Online retailers will begin shipping around the 27/28th if normal release rules apply :))

I'd have preferred the Terminator in Tech Noir myself. Chosen one will probably look great but it's not really one of those iconic Terminator moments you immediately think of.

Ok got it!

Thanks Wreck!!! Do you have the actual disc in hand?

No I do not, this is info from studio who are claiming its region free. We all know sometimes that can be wrong, but for now we can assume its right. Same with audio and subs, while those are typically never wrong ... sometimes there is more offered then listed.

Wreck, can you confirm that this is indeed the Lowry/Lightstorm/Cameron restoration?

OK, I just saw your post. Any idea why these discs haven't shipped from the studio yet? This doesn't seem good...
