I decided to pass on this in the end... too much money to spend on a film I didn't exactly love.

Plain archive facebook message was accurate and not made up
Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy Steelbook Reallocation

We've decided to reallocate some of our International Store stock to our Korean Store due to a greater demand from our Korean customers.

The Local Korean Plain Archive store before they re allocated units from the international store had Type B and C as sold out and this also affected the one clicks
By re allocating the international stock to local Korea store it's no longer sold out for Korean customers

Some releases will sell better local than international and the same applies to other releases on occasions international will sell better than local it depends on the release

You're free to put your trust in anyone you want . Doesn't mean you're right and someone else is wrong.

yes I can. and yes it's does not mean I'm right. but I'm not the one making accusations against company. you are, you are calling them liars, without any proof what so ever.

That's my opinion. You are entitled to yours. In the interests of not derailing the thread further we should leave it at that.

thought you'd say that. accusing some one liar without proof and then 'not wanting to derail a thread any further you want to leave at that.'

lol. truly LOL.

My opinion remains the same. I don't believe a word of their Facebook statement.

Type B and Type C was sold out on the Korean Website and is the reason why they took stock from the international website so customers in Korea can order from the Korea Website and it was also posted by Korean member that B and C was sold out on Korea Website Store

This happens often with Korean releases and sometime it's us international customers that gain when they re allocate stock from Korea Website to International website

The Local Korea Website pre order went live before the international website and is also why some members posted they got their orders in before international customers could do so simply because they are based in Korea and used the Korea Website

Is that "zavvi sold out" Paul??:naughty::whistle:

Well, I'm glad its been successful for them, but I have to agree that it does seem kind of a weird choice for a premium steel release (especially with such a high print run) as it's a movie that doesn't seem like it would appeal to most western collectors.

That said, I personally love it and I'm very pleased that we've got a company like PA putting out stuff like this! Hopefully they'll continue putting together nice packages for good films that wouldn't otherwise get a premium release.

Anyway, I got an order in for type A yesterday, but I'm actually tempted to go back for C as well... I think PA might be my favourites on balance. Unusual movie choices, high quality all-round packages, leftfield artwork, rock solid online ordering, great customer service, plenty of notice for the order window....

Keep it up, guys

Looks like Koreans like western independent, nichey, arty films more than westerners :naughty::thumbs: They have good taste :cigar:

So many releases recently I'm gonna have to give this one a pass...

Type A ordered

Lol your so weak dude! your will power lasted a spoiler tag :hilarious: I quite fancied type A but prefered type C, but did not want to buy both :OMG:, save my lack of money for the T5 of which I'm getting both

I wonder why that is. I don't say it ain't so.

IMdB : 7.1
rotten tomatoes : 83 %
based on very popular best selling book.

my opinion. not enough action. complex story. no real heroes or villains to root for. not your average hollywood blockbuster ...

not the best movie ever. but very good movie with wonderful cast. happy PA did this. and who cares ... but it will sell out eventually.

...and btw. over looked ****. Plain did release this same title on their selective brand. it has sold out.

I know :bag::notworthy: Tell me something I don't know
Really tough choice as I loved them all but type A won out in the end
T5 & Sicario, I already know I'm down for a 1 click on both. I'm not even gonna try to talk myself out of it :greedy:

no, it's not really sold out. they just do not want to sell any more. why ? because that's good business. PA want's to bankrupt.

edit : that's why they lie on their facebook page too.

oh, dear ...

...and I do understand some coming back to sale. people do order and then cancel.
