There were some "issues" on the Blufans forum during the past week. It affected the Blufans owner deeply and he made some very public announcements regarding it. I won't say what they were but he has put it to one side and is now concentrating getting things back to normal.

Blufans is effectively run by one guy. He has some help, but pretty much day to day running of Blufans is by him only. I'm surprised how passionate he takes things.

Please be patient and support Blufans through what has clearly been a traumatic time for him.

I'm not really interested in either of the slips TBH. I don't believe that Steels need a slipcover. I open all of mine, and I like to see the spine matching my other Steels on my book shelf.

I ordered the 2D slip 'cos you had to order one or the other. It will probably go in the bin with all of my other SteelBook slips

EDIT: From GB thread - UP 2D slip version will be shipped to the Hubs near you sometimes this week. Any new requests after Nov. 1st. I will bill you in Jan. 2014. sorry, just impossible for me to cover all now.
