I'm somewhat reluctant to bite on this. I've been teetering on the edge of picking up the other 2 BluFans exclusives as it is, this will tip me into a world of spending haha

I can't wait for this! It'll go nice next to Rio :)
I really don't get people thinking of the value and profit a steelbook can make though. It should be for the love of the film plus the art and quality of the steelbook. This is the difference between it being a hobby or a capitalist venture.

I like to think I collect these special editions for a reason and not speculate on resell values.

IMO, Blufans releases are NOT about joining a GB to make money...

Well said

Everyone has their own motive for going after this release, but the rush of those first 3 rounds of the Jack Reacher GB was awesome and that's what it's all about for me. The thrill of the hunt. And I secured a copy in the 2nd round and still got a buzz in the 3rd :D

Can't remember what it's going to cost me and couldn't really care less what it's currently worth on ebay. Same goes for Elite Squad. I joined the GB for 1 copy for myself and don't see why I would want to sell it. Cos then I wouldn't have one in my collection!

Don't get me wrong, you all know I've got a few spares knocking about on a couple of my steels ;), but where would many of us be without the odd trade here or there?

True collectable titles deserve to be collected by collectors and for me the Blufans releases are just that

Amen to that! That's why I don't have a sale thread, just for the love of collecting.

correct Mate - the golden Days of making Money with Steels are over. Have there ever been golden Days at all ? I collect Steels for a Hobby. I sometimes buy 2-4 Copies for Trade or Sale like i do right now. But my Price is far away from earning Money . Just want to help some fellow Collectors get a Steel for a good Price.

Will this be done in a series of group buys like jack reacher or just 2 threads 1 for stickers and 1 for notebook

Thanks
