Hopefully this means we'll get a UK release for oz great & powerful.

I'd love Hercules & Tarzan to be soon with Hercules in the similar style as lion king Korea. They could have it looking like a piece of pottery with debossed patterns and title.

I suggested pottery design in an earlier post. Would be really cool (black/brown/red/white design and golden logo). I'd love the Disney steelbooks to be minimalist and different like The Lion King (Korea), even if they didn't do that with Aladdin/Jungle Book/The Little Mermaid.

I Hope that Zavvi will spread out the releases over a few months, a lot of titles @ once will be really hard on the wallet...

I'd be happy with 1 good solid release every quarter at this point, there really is no rush

Wreck it ralph is made by disney studios. Same makers as tangled.

It's in the Disney Animated Classic line, not a Pixar film (though it may have seemed it).

Out of the North American steels/metalpacks I have I'm happy with:
Pinocchio
Sleeping Beauty
Bambi
Cinderella
Lion King
Princess and the Frog (though mine is dented)
Aladdin
Jungle Book

and probably wouldn't replace. However I probably WOULD replace Snow White since my case for it is a bit battered and the spine has to be customised, and if BatB got released I'm sure it'd be nicer than the ugly metalpack.

Also definitely in for some other titles like Mulan, Hunchback, Fox and the Hound, Alice in Wonderland, Robin Hood. Interesting to see how this plays out even if it will devalue my collection substantially!

It's easy to think its Pixar as all Disney and Pixar films now use same technology well similar be more correct
Classic Disney to me is the traditional non computer generated animation
But with Disney owning Pixar you will see more similar use from now

I still prefer the classic animation from the past a lot more personal the animation was and story telling
Don't get me wrong finding Nemo and Toy story are classic in there own way
I just perfer the jungle book and Bambi style

That's not considered classic Disney range

However, with its popularity, Disney now releases it under Walt Disney Pictures. But it still isn't considered part of the "Disney Animated Classics" canon. Even though a lot of it was made right at the studio.

I'd rather films like Tarzan, lilo and stitch and Hercules than the classics. Although I'd love pinocchio. I'd love a lion king with the same art and debossing of the taiwan with an English slip and debossing on the title itself and the back of the steelbook also without the blue logo and the diamond edition writing.

A film I would love to be released in this series - but will never happen - is Song of the South. It's coming up to its 70th anniversary but Disney wil never release it
