Damn! Mediamarket and Play.com are gonna empty my bank account with all these releases :)

PS That cover looks great and I kind of dig the silver banners personally

Not sure if these silver banners (and the 1080p logo on the bottom right!) will be on top of this wave or with this shape!
According to german forums they still take customer notes for this and some members over there already sent them mails that they should leave out both (banner and 1080p!)...
So let's wait a little more and hope they change! And that MM will then change and update their Homepage (until release date nobody knew that the Expendables DC will be embossed/debossed! about 3 months ago) so that everybody knows!

nice looking steelbook (despite the German title)

still have my DVD steelbook with the all so impressive 4 discs. 2 for the film (including intermission music that was missing from the BD) and 2 discs of special features

glad i only paid a fiver for my US BD

I will pick this up as well. For one I really like the movie, and two, my brother, a violinist, plays some of the music used for the film. I would still prefer the steelbook more if the English title was at least included on the front cover.

I like this movie, as well. I've been holding out on buying it, though, as its German Digibook and French slipcover counterparts both look great but weren't enough to persuade me to purchase. If they could clean this up by removing the banner and logo, I might be in this time.

this is a german steelbook from a german store for german customers. I dont think MM thinks about the foreign collectors. so guys its absolutly normal that it has the german title of the movie ^^. there are still german people who dont speak english :) and all these people wouldnt know what movie this is when they look on the frontcover with english title

That's a great point. It's not all about English speakers. :) Also, there's something I like about certain films with their titles in foreign text. I dunno, it reminds me where the SteelBook came from and that I imported a special collector's edition from a faraway land. I think its kinda cool, actually.:D

That's a good point, however, sometimes it's just up to personal preference. I too dislike foreign language on my steelbooks. Only exception is Japanese, other than that it's a no-no. I just don't buy.
