I don't know - it's always the play.com ones which either take an extremely long time or never appear at all.

And with Iron Man 2 it's very annoying.

Safe House I ordered from base.com arrived within a week.

Items rarely get lost Sometimes they do get delivered to the wrong address and the unscrupulous person decides to not give them to the right address, so is nothing more than a thief.

But postal worker thiefs are the main culprits of items that go 'missing'...

They say the percetage is very small, but it's 100 times greater than the publicised figures.

i'm done with shipping out items without any kind of tracking , first week of august i returned a damaged iron man steelbook to play.com but it still hasn't arrived they told me yesterday , i really hope it shows up...

I'm always sending by registered mail, the 2 Euros I have to pay more for it are money well spent.

Waiting for my IM 2 too. IM 1 arrived w/o problems. German customs need extremly long if they decide to let you open the package yourself. They ship it to a customs office in your city and send you a message. Can take up to 6-8 Weeks (had that already).

Yeah, my IM 1 also arrived safely. But I ordered 2 IM 2 separately so they should have been shipped in two boxes.
In the meantime I also ordered The Thing and this one also arrived within 1 1/2 weeks.

I already 'lost' Ghost Protocol from play.com and Dragon Tattoo from HMV.

Well, I'll just wait another week.

I got my copy the other day... took 10 days to ship to me in Sweden. It's never taken that long before, i was affraid that it had been lost on the way. But now i got it and i got to say that it is a really nice steelbook. =)

This really is random with german customs!!!
But most of the time, small packages (neutral boxes!) from Trades or Sales here arrived without customs fees! I had to go the customs office twice, they had me opened the packages and wanted to see what was inside and then let me go as the value was under the limit! Told them these were gifts (as mentioned) on the customs declaration outside!
BUT with play having the prices outside, customs GLADLY takes the Fees

Poor packaging, incorrect addresses, underpaid postage......the list goes on. If for some reason your packet doesn't turn up, don't just assume it's been stolen.....

where i live registered mail is almost 5 euros extra

maybe not all but still a high percentage , i know someone who works at the post office and he admitted to me that he already stole some post ...

There are dishonest people in every job.....if a packet doesn't turn up, don't automatically assume it's been stolen....

I am waiting for Shooter and SPR for almost 2 weeks now. Which is rare for me, I always get them within a week.
