HDN member Jacob thought of this after seeing Jock's art for the poster and it's since been retweeted.

What do you all think?

When will Best Buy US start carrying Mondo Steels like their sister from up North? Seems this would be a great one to start with.

I was just teasing.

But as Wreck said the intention from the beginning was for the series to be global and not tied to just one country but that all would still be consecutively numbered

Also the Mondo Gallery is in Texas, but they employ artists from around the world, so really it could end up anywhere. Heck if they do go with it, they would obviously use Jock art so it could end up in Canada seeing as Dredd which is also Jock is already listed in Canada. Spread the love, but I'm also a Jock fan and jumped on the poster when it was released so yes my vote is for USA USA USA

I think he is just teasing. The company has wanted to bring Steelbooks to the USA, and now they have(thread is asking if folks want to see this release in USA). The rest of folks outside of Canada have imported for years

IMO it is a SUPER good news to have Mondo steels Exclusive in the USA.
Of course, for my OWN sake, I prefer them being in Canada for obvious reason, but being a collector, getting those in the USA for a "limited" time can only help this great hobby by bringing new collector to our world and expand more and more...

But, I'm counting the days until this wonderful steelbook line comes back home where it all began

If it's not available in Canada because it's not possible to make it happen, I obviously understand that. If it's a conscious choice to make some releases US only to "counterbalance" the fact that the first six ones were Canadian only, then I think it's not fair.
