What about replacements?

I've just purchased a copy of IM2 as mine is dented. I did email on Saturday regarding a replacement but yet to hear back. Can't let this opportunity pass though so had to order another in case I don't hear back in time.

That is probably the safest way to go.

Last I heard, no replacements, only refunds.

I just contacted Play.com, they are gone now. Hold your breath I am awaiting approval for GB thread for IM2 to pop up anytime . I managed to order the last few for those that missed out.

Thats a third party seller. Looks like its all gone again. Play informed me they might not actually be in stock so some orders maybe cancelled.

Hmmm, that doesn't look too hopeful...If I click on my order details on my Play.com account, it lists my IM2 order, at £14.99, but it's status says "Awaiting Stock"

I can see this one getting cancelled...
