i opened CA from HMV and this and was holding them next to each other, (not for artwork) for paint quality/weight etc...
CA is much better indeed, dont know why play.com made them that way
but the artwork and embossing is really good

ES Steelbooks are directly shipped from the Studio warehouse as per their email I received recently.

Money taken out of the account means it is the play system. Once ES realizes the true stock levels and their condition they will start issuing refunds.
