I'll tidy it up and add links to relevant threads as time allows, but hopefully this is of use to any collectors looking to chase any down or complete their collections

Sweeney Todd (May 19th, 2008) Features gloss finish. Printed rear and certification though. No embossing. The Play.com exclusive came with the booklet sealed to it. Any versions without the booklet sealed to the Steelbook are the trade wide version
2009
Star Trek XI (3 Discs) (November 16th, 2009) Features a high gloss finish and inside artwork. All certification is on stickers which are removable. No embossing
Terminator Salvation (November 23rd, 2009) Features a high gloss finish and inside artwork. All certification is on stickers which are removable. No embossing
2010
Avatar (April 26th, 2010) Features gloss finish. Printed rear and certification though. No embossing. The Play.com exclusive came with the survival guide sealed to it. Any versions without the survival guide sealed to the Steelbook are the standard on-line exclusive version which later appeared in HMV stores too
Predators (November 1st, 2010) Printed rear and certification. No embossing.
