They have been doing the double box packaging for a while now. I imagine it is to keep costs down.

What's wrong with those steels these days, quite a number of titles are having this issues.
Those people that work with this should be send for re-training on how to handle goods.
I remember when I was young and worked in a supermarket, my supervisor would scold us like hell if he saw us treating the goods badly.
