Current packaging is a cardboard mailer with the steelbook usually wrapped in either a layer of bubble wrap or foam

I now have confirmation that I can announce ... for all those worried about future packaging from Zavvi. My Play contact has been working with zavvi as well on this mission for better packaging. Between the 3 of us and the future comments from this community after its in place I'm sure it will be go over well.

yeah I got zulu and forrest gump in new packaging and pretty much unscathed except a faint line slash on spine on zulu ... but im happy they are my watch copies im opening.

I've had about 5 orders from zavvi in the past couple of months. All of them came in the new packaging and in perfect condition. As far as I'm concerned, Zavvi is a great retailer.

My Roger Rabbit shipped 3/22 and has yet to arrive. Im starting to get very worried. Never had a package lost in transit and dont want my first to be a highly sought after OOP/OOS steel. SMH

I recieved the parcel 8 days after it being dispatched, massive scratch on the back and the disc not being inside, they sell the item so they will take full responsibility, end of.

Hmm. Rude.

Pretty sure I read a few posts previously about some Clash discs being missing..1 or 2 for sure.

i know, i dont think you understand my question, or i µ'm saying it wrong .... I wil make it clear with a example:

If i order something on amazon.de i'm 100% sure that i don't pay taxes because i live in the EU
If i order something on amazon.com i'm not sure if it comes whitout any extra charges for taxes, its a lotery ....

If you leave a message at their Message Centre your will hear from them in 2-3 days.
