I would say possible future Disney collection steelbooks will be the from the recent poll and based on popularity and a few not in the poll that got requested a lot
There is not that many left and I don't think we will see a batch of 3 or 5 steelbooks announced at the same time like previous releases it will more likely be 1 or 2/3 announced from now at different times
Except for new films that would be getting a release regardless

Its best to keep requesting the ones you want to see released in the Disney collection thread so Disney and Zavvi can see what collectors want to see get released

Some of the classics don't even have a Blu-ray release and any of the remaining ones will be from the UK Catalogue
There is still a few very popular films that have been requested a lot and a few lesser ones mentioned so I would expect some of these should see at some stage a release be announced

As long as the ones wanted a lot eventually get a steelbook release I think most will be happy with that and easier on the wallet
The films that have little interest would not be ideal to do a release as most likely would not sell

(1) OLIVER AND COMPANY Disney Numbered Classic 27.
(2) LILO AND STITCH " 41
(3) CHICKEN LITTLE " 45
(4) THE WILD " 46
(5) MEET THE ROBINSONS " 47
With a dozen or so not yet released on Blu-ray from the Numbered Collection I suppose it's possible that a steelbook for each will follow at some point after the Amaray release.

Neither The Rescuers Down Under, Home on the Range or Atlantis: The Lost Empire have UK Blu-ray releases which was what the original post was referring to.

Dinosaur isn't a UK classic so wouldn't count.

Some or all of the others noted in response to my short list are awaiting an eventual/possible Blu-ray release in the U.K. and ditto steelbook release so were not included as pending steelbooks for this reason.

The "dozen or so" others - 13 actually - mentioned in my original post are the remaining Disney Classic Numbers NOT YET RELEASED on Blu-ray here though are available on DVD I believe:-

Whether Nos.6 - 11 will ever get a U.K. Blu-ray release is anybody's guess - the others I'd say will probably get a Blu-ray and steelbook release at some point in the future.

Next Disney Classic Numbered steelbook I'd expect to be the one of the earlier U.K.Blu-ray releases, such as:-

THE WILD released 19/3/07
CHICKEN LITTLE released 10/9/07
MEET THE ROBINSONS released 7/11/07

Followed by:-
BOLT released 15/6/09

Then:-
OLIVER AND COMPANY released 10/2/14

And finally:-
LILO & STITCH released 10/3/14

Although there's no reason why the steelbooks couldn't be released randomly

It definitely rings a bell, though I do seem to remember there being more titles involved, and fewer of some - seem to remember writing on the box of Brave 1 of 2,600 - though I'd have to delve through all the stuff to find it (and likely find I'm wrong to boot!)

The way this collection is heading we will soon be hitting the worst that Disney has to offer (all my opinion of course)
Will the Wild get a steelbook,Chicken Little is almost as bad.

I wish at least that Disney will allow us to complete some sort of collection of the animated classics.
No new announcements this year on the missing blu rays.

Atlantis and Treasure planet deserve a release over here.
And of course no sign of The Black Cauldren

The princess and the Frog went live i think on saturday. It is still available on the zavvi site for i think 19.99 pounds for preorder at the moment
