Steelbook collecting is HIGHLY SPECULATIVE, and different collectors have different ideas of 'rarity', 'limited', 'sought after', and related terms-all of which may change at the drop of a hat with re-releases, or new info.

I posted this in another forum before but I prefer this one, so I try again here. This is an ongoing list that combines a variety of factors that may contribute to the scarcity or rarity of these Steelbooks.-Sirjump

We started off with a "ranked" list, but as many folks may rank items differently, a general "resource" list of harder to find Steelbooks/Rare titles helps the community more. Feel free to comment so we can consider adding or subtract. -Digitalbabe

I never got a copy, just because it didn't interest me. Not sure that many other folks got one - I think those that were collecting all steelbooks at the time it was released probably got one - but that was just a handful of collectors.

hey if you search the thread for john rambo steelbook the answer is there i can not remember of hand thimk it is something to do with the seal.

Difference between CUT and UNCUT John Rambo second Release

On the Rambo re-release how can you tell if it contains the uncut disc ?

You can just see it in a little detail

The UNCUT Disc does not have that "Der grüne Punkt" symbol.
The CUT Disc does have it. As the second release was called back from Warner, it was only sold via "black channels" some days before release within Media Market. I was lucky and got some, however did help a couple of Buddies with this "rarity"
